This demo is accessing a CubeSERV OGC Cascading Web Map Service located at TerraPages in Sydney. Additional romote data layers can also seleceted. The CubeSERV cascading WMS server 'cascades' to the following sites and combines the data to give the requested map.

In this example the user is not aware that the WMS server is cascading to other WMS servers as CubeSERV connects, gets the map images, reprojects on the fly and can even use Style layer Descriptors to re-style all features to a prescribed standard. The resultant layered map is then sent to the browser application for user interaction (see Layer Controls).
